You can’t visit New York unless you make time for kodak moments at Times Square. I don’t know what it is about bright lights and big electronic billboards, but it is a major eye candy. This is the famous location for the New Year’s Eve ball drop. If you take a closer look at the pictures, you will see the 2010 ball lit up and ready to go for 2010 New Year’s Eve.
Tips:
There are red stairs that you can take a picture from. We didn’t get to climb up these stairs, but the view for a picture will be amazing from the top.
There are barely any public restrooms on Times Square. Download a bathroom finder application on your mobile device for comfort.
The restaurants in this area tend to be more on the expensive side. Eat elsewhere before going to Times Square if you want to stay under budget.
See a Broadway show! We didn’t have time to see one, but we are definitely coming back for it!
