Durango, Colorado Sneak Peek

Hi guys! It’s been almost two weeks since I’ve updated. I apologize for the delay, but I just added a few things to my schedule, and I’m just now getting back into the groove of time management. No worries! I will be back to writing soon enough! Meanwhile, let me update you on the past 2 weeks.

Last weekend, my old time friend Carissa came back to Arizona for a week to visit us on her birthday. The last time I saw her was my visit to New York a year ago. Time sure does fly. I spent all weekend with her, and she reminded me of our old crazy bar life back when we were “young”! We went to Cadillac Ranch to celebrate. I’ll let the photos illustrate how the weekend went.

It was a crazy weekend indeed! It brought me back to my college years. And yes, I stayed on that bull longer than I expected! Happy face! I am blessed to say that all of my weekends for the past few months have been amazing. This past weekend was our 2nd annual snowboarding trip with a big group of friends. Destination? Durango, Colorado. Every single day of that trip was perfect. Our bus driver told us that from the 25 years that he’s been doing these trips, we were his top 5 group! Honestly, this group was pretty amazing. Everyone got along with everyone. People were helpful and very generous to each other. Ray and I had an incredible time.

Pictures and videos are still being edited. I will be working on a post soon. Since I didn’t get to publish an article for Telluride last year (really apologize for that mishap!), I’m hoping to get an article for Durango published this month. Here’s a sneak peek:

All three days of the weekend was powder, powder, powder! It was a great riding weekend, and everyone’s progression were insane! Props to all of us who rode the halfpipe!

Also, some good news! Our friends, JR and Sarah, have booked our suite for Electric Daisy Carnival this year! We are almost set and ready to go! The only big thing left to work on is our costumes. I am even more excited now that we’re almost done. I can’t wait to start sewing!

This is what we’ve been up to for the past couple of weeks. I’d like to know, how has everyone’s 2012 been? Has it been great for you also? How are your New Year’s Resolutions going? Or not going? I’m hoping it is just as well!

Got anything to say? Go ahead and leave a comment!
